Cynthia M. Porta-Clark
Cynthia M. Porta-Clark is a native of Altoona, Pennsylvania. She attended undergraduate school at Dickinson College and law school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, graduating with her Juris Doctorate in 1998. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. She concentrates her practice in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury/Civil Litigation, and Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA) claims. She has successfully litigated cases throughout Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. James C. Ward
James C. Ward is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Finnian Carstens
Finn Carstens is a native of Columbus, Ohio. He attended undergraduate school at Saint Joseph’s University and law school at Duquesne University School of Law, graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctorate in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Dave Zuckerman
Dave Zuckerman is a native of Morristown, New Jersey. He attended undergraduate school at the Pennsylvania State University and law school at the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 2008. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
As a former Allegheny County Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Zuckerman has extensive criminal litigation experience, having served as lead counsel on the following types of cases: DUI, Domestic Violence, Firearms/Weapons Offenses, Narcotics Offenses, Assault, Burglary/Theft, and Summary/Traffic Offenses.
